With Advancement In Training and Experience
We decided to rebrand this year (2021) and move to a more holistic health and well-being practice to incorporate Mindfulness, Nutritional Advice, Sleep Hygiene, Physical wellbeing, CBD (Cannabidiol) products to aid in recovery of anxiety and low moods.
We are based in the Mid Ulster area working in voluntary, statutory and private sectors.
We can work effectively face to face in one to one or group settings or online via Zoom, MS Teams, WhatsApp or telephone.
Full indemnity insurance and public liability insurance are held for all services delivered.
